FutureRange evaluated all security technologies to ensure that NCC was equipped with the strongest solutions to deliver the highest level of information security. North Cork Creameries recently upgraded all their firewalls to high-end SonicWalls, to provide best-in-class security while also future-proofing NCC for future expansion. As Ransomware becomes more prevalent across industries and the economic impact that this has on organizations like NCC, Futurerange provided a whitelisting application solution known as Threatlocker, that implements a zero-trust network by applying an implicit deny rule across endpoints. This means that only pre-approved applications are allowed to run on the NCC network.

The threat landscape had been sufficiently reduced for North Cork Creameries by implementing the above technology.NCC is very well managed and responsive to external threats while maintaining access to business systems for those working in their offices and remotely.
