The overall solution comprised of a number of technologies Hyper-V, Office 365 and the Citrix suite of products.
FutureRange delivered the project on time and on Budget. The customer rolled out server 2016, a highly available XenApp 7.8, decommissioned exchange and used the Citrix NetScaler to load balance critical services.
As part of this project, the server was decommissioned from all sites except head office, the customer’s confidence in Citrix grow to the point that all MPLS contracts were not renewed and user in other branches connect through the NetScaler gateway.
Having a centralized and Virtual IT estate the internal IT department now spend less time troubleshooting and more time planning.
In 2018 FutureRange added to the solution by implementing Citrix WorkSpace Manager to future optimize user experience and login times.
