Purpose of the Role
The AI Enablement Consultant will play a critical role in supporting clients to adopt and embed AI across their organisations. This role is focused on the ‘Empower’ phase of FutureRange’s AI strategy, helping clients safely use AI tools, build internal capability and identify practical use cases that deliver immediate productivity gains.
The successful candidate will work directly with clients to drive AI awareness, training and early adoption, acting as a trusted advisor and creating the foundation for larger AI transformation engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Client Enablement & Training
- Design and deliver structured AI training programmes across Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform and AI productivity tools.
- Run hands-on workshops and enablement sessions tailored to different user groups and business functions.
- Support clients in building internal AI literacy, governance awareness and best-practice usage.
AI Adoption & Advisory
- Conduct AI readiness and capability assessments across data, security and organisational maturity.
- Advise clients on safe and effective AI adoption aligned with security, compliance and governance requirements.
- Support the development of AI usage policies, frameworks and adoption roadmaps.
Use Case Development
- Work with client stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases aligned with business objectives.
- Help translate business challenges into practical, AI-driven productivity improvements.
- Support pilot initiatives and early-stage AI deployment activities.
Commercial & Growth Contribution
- Identify upsell opportunities arising from client enablement engagements.
- Contribute to proposals, workshops and client presentations for AI services.
- Act as a key bridge between client-facing teams and technical delivery teams.
Internal Capability Development
- Contribute to the development of FutureRange’s AI service offerings and enablement frameworks.
- Support the internal adoption of AI tools and knowledge sharing across the organisation.
- Stay current with evolving AI trends, tools and regulatory considerations.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate AI concepts into practical business use cases.
- Experience delivering training, enablement or change programmes.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft AI tools, including Copilot, Power Platform and Azure OpenAI.
- Understanding of AI adoption, governance and security considerations.
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
- A curious, proactive mindset with an interest in emerging AI technologies.
Candidate Profile
- Strong client-facing consulting or training experience.
- Practical experience with the Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Copilot, Power Platform and Azure OpenAI.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner.
- Experience delivering workshops, training sessions or change programmes.
- Understanding of security, governance and compliance considerations in AI.
